Melodica is the debut EP by hip hop duo Blackalicious,released in 1994 on the Solesides label.The import edition released on both Marlboro Music and Mo' Wax contains instrumental versions of all of the tracks, except "Cheezit Terrorist" and "40oz for Breakfast".


The A2G EP by Blackalicious was released in 1999 by Quannum Projects and served as a precursor to Blackalicious' full length debut Nia, which shares three tracks with this EP. Perhaps the EP's most famous track is "Alphabet Aerobics", a collaboration with Jurassic 5's Cut Chemist. The EP was also released on Mo' Wax with slightly different artwork.


Nia is the debut full-length album Blackalicious, released in Europe in late 1999 by Mo' Wax and later released in the United States by Quannum Projects with a slightly altered track list.
